Day 7: The Clitoris And Her Neighborhood (Sex Is Amazing)

Reading Time: 2 minutes

“Sex does not begin and end with a man’s need and satisfaction.”

Eye-opening, women like me realized that sex is not a sin and that its beautiful.

Women like me realized that sex did not mean being taken against our will at any time by our boyfriends and husbands. Women like me realized that that is rape culture.

Women like me realized that sex does not begin and end with a man’s need and satisfaction. Women like me refused being pinned down on metal bars and feeling pain while he plunged deep for his orgasm. Women like me realized that we liked it on top and there we accessed the God in us.

Women like me realized that we had a sexual god above our vaginas and that was God’s gift to us to feel good. And so many men had no idea it even existed. We realized that we could touch her and she would take us to places we had never known. Rupi Kaur calls it, honeymooning ourselves and it’s the most beautiful feeling ever. The first time we did it, we almost went insane.

Thus, the removal of a woman’s clitoris is sexual violence and we must eradicate FGM. Shout out to #dada who have been doing their best to eradicate this violent culture.

Women like me loved women and took our clothes off to women and we loved feeling boobs next to our own. We loved the feeling that comes with being with a woman. Soft.

Women like me found out that sex is not a show of prowess, but a profound connection and our orgasms are transcendent. Women like me realized that only we were responsible for our sexual emancipation. We learnt that women in pornography could teach us a thing about ourselves and for that we appreciate them. –
